These are some pictures I took during the day at Skid Row. The long line you see in some of the photos below are people waiting to be fed and housed. I plan to go back during the evening to see when the streets are filled with tents....
It is upsetting to read/see how families are living in poverty just miles away from my hometown. Looking at the pictures of groups of people waiting in lines to be fed and housed is heart breaking and makes me realize what each person living above the poverty line is taking advantage of.
